The Carlisle Co Middle School SBDM Council met in regular session on February 8, 2021 in the CCMS library.

SBDM members present:

DeeAnne Arant – Principal

Clay Tilford – teacher representative

Jean Ann Kendall – teacher representative

Rebecca Butler – teacher representative

Erin Provow – teacher representative

Johnna Martin – parent representative

SBDM members absent:

Tim Dunn – parent representative

Tanya Jones – parent representative

1. Call to Order

The meeting called to order by chairperson, DeeAnne Arant.

2. Minutes and Financial Reports

A copy of the agenda for the meeting, minutes from the last meeting and the monthly financial reports were distributed to all council members to read and approve. Date was corrected on previous minutes, Clay Tilford motioned to approve, Johnna Martin seconded the motion.

3. Review policies

· Coaches guidelines policy – approved

· Consultation Policy – approved, no changed made

4. 2021-22 School Year – Reviewed draft master schedule, discussed possible options for a non-traditional master schedule

5. New Business – none
