Four Rivers Foundation Health Program 4RF

We are excited to announce that a new service through the Four Rivers Foundation will begin Friday November 11th here at Carlisle County Schools.  Dr. Alex Wright of Murray, KY will offer at on-site services to include physicals, treatment of acute illnesses and management of chronic conditions. He will be scheduled the second Friday of each month.  His goal is not to substitute a child’s primary care provider, but to offer services for any student especially those who do not have these resources currently available.

Please go to the “Forms and Links” section of our Carlisle County Schools website for complete details and the permission form for treatments if you are interested in your child participating in this service.
